September 18 2024, A warm Welcome to Dr. Pavan Kumar Gondrala. Dr. Gondrala received PhD from the Nagarjuna University, India and then pursued postdoctoral trainings and industrial career in the field of synthetic organic chemistry and medicinal chemistry. Dr. Gondrala joined the Dr. Mandal laboratory as an Assistant Professor (Research) in Fall 2024. With his extensive experience in organic chemistry and medicinal chemistry, Dr. Gondrala will lead the drug discovery program emphasized on the development of PROTAC drugs for cancer immunotherapy and other chronic inflammatory and metabolic diseases.
